Job Description: Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement processes and procedures for tracking IT assets, and analyzing technical data from requisition through retirement
• Perform periodic audits to include hardware and software licensing
• Monitor Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) and coordinate discrepancies with the necessary stakeholders
• Create, organize and track Configuration Items (CIs) and ensure CMDB data integrity
• Ensure validation and operational control of system configurations, including software baseline; coordinate with technical leads and Project Control Specialists/Business Relation Managers/Delivery Managers to ensure proper configuration control of all system updates
• Change Manager for guiding engineering and other teams through approved change and configuration management processes
• Assist in developing and maintaining CM processes, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documents
• Coordinate with multiple teams to help operationalize newly developed or updated CM processes; necessary tasks would include preparing appropriate documentation, supporting end users, as well as providing training as necessary
• Provide input into continuing process improvements
• Other related tasks as assigned

• U.S. Citizenship, with Active Secret Clearance.
• Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure Change and Configuration Management
• Experience using CM tools such as IBM Rational, BMC Remedy and SharePoint
• Knowledge of CM industry standards, such as ITIL/ITSM, Capability Maturity Model (CMM), MIL Standards
• Experience implementing CMDB and conducting CI audits
• Experience drafting, documenting and training on processes, work instructions, etc.
• Ability to prioritize/reprioritize tasks dynamically based on needs analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service oriented self-starter, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (experience can be substituted for degree)
• ITIL and/or CM Certification desired
