||The position is as a business analyst from a technical background to have a better understanding of the project working with artifical intelligence. Consultants as a business analyst with a SQL background is preferred. Our customer is located in Raleigh, NC however the role is 100% remote.
The customer needs to scale and accelerate delivering insight services and capabilities to the business targeting specific personas. They are focused in 3 main areas: product quality, telemetry, NPS Listening.
They are looking to proactively understand customer experiences thorough digital listening. Essentially understanding what customers like/dislike about our customers products without having to have conversations/surveys in an effort to be proactive as it relates to their customer views on product quality.
The longer term outcome is to try to provide and visualize info and insights that enable the product managers to enhance product feature road map and / or help enable them with their customer engagement better. This will allow to our customer to better understand their customers to create longer term relationships and brand loyalty. Anything we do is tied to a business persona and an outcome. If we cannot tie it to an outcome then we are not going to do it. Examples of outcomes would be: Reducing escalations, sell more upgrades, reducing bugs in products etc.
