||• The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, documenting and validating requirements for various aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements for new modules and applications in ServiceNow including incident, problem, asset, knowledge, Service Catalog, Request, and Employee Self-Service Portal
• Work with business users to identify and refine business requirements and workflows.
• Work closely with the ServiceNow technical team to convert requirements into design and build
• Compose process, design, configuration, and training documentation
• Perform UAT testing and report
• Provide assistance with ServiceNow configuration assistance including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations.
