Job Description: TEKsystems is partnering with client in Boulder, CO. that has a urgent need for a Desktop Support technician to help with the recent expansion of their company/internal user base. These candidates need to meet the following requirements:
• 3+ years of prior experience providing desktop support (tier 1 and tier 2) for Windows (OS 7, 8, and 10) and Mac OS users.
• Prior experience troubleshooting all hardware including desktops, laptops, copiers, printers, VOIP telephones, and mobile devices.
• Prior experience testing and validating new images using MDT.
• Prior experience setting up new user's hardware, software and networking needs (workstations).
• Prior experience with MS Office Suite 2010 (specifically Outlook).
• Prior experience managing Active Directory, basic TCP/IP protocols, and cabling (Ethernet).
