• BS or BA Degree or a combination of education plus equivalent work experience.
• Prosci Change Management Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education plus equivalent work experience
• 5 years relevant experience in a Change Management / Communications role • Experienced in providing change and communications support at a senior level
• Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
• Experience in the utility industry preferred. Experience with web/technology projects preferred.
• The manager wants someone who can walk alongside the program/project manager and be their functional communications/change management expert - supporting communication of project changes to the business units, stakeholders…etc.
• This may involve gap analysis, impact assessments, meeting facilitation, road-mapping, implementing corrective actions and supporting the project manager to implement change across teams.
• These can be quick / small incremental service changes, moderate transitional project changes or significant enterprise initiative transformational changes.
