Job Description: Responsibilities:

Bridge the gap between the business customer and the technology solution providers (i.e., vendors, infrastructure team, development team, etc.) by translating business needs to technical solutions throughout the lifecycle of the product.
Coordinate and/or execute plans to ensure that technical solutions meet the needs of the business.
Can provide guidance as to getting roadmap in place and then help with technical side (past technical expertise is a plus).
This person will act as a true liaison between the business and development team.

Required Skills:

Requires 5-8 years working as a Technical Business Analyst with customers to develop and define total lifecycle. (Engaging with the business).
3-5 years SharePoint Business Analysis with 2010 (If have 2013 experience it is a plus). Also, tenure is important.
Must be independent worker with excellent communication skills – will be working and “proactive” with the business users and development team.
Proven problem solver in a complex organization (3-5 years).
Strong analytic background with high attention to detail.
Strong communication and organization skills - needed to work with project managers, business partners, agencies, vendors, suppliers, and technology team members.
Technical Skills – Experience with an internet, intranet, or extranet environment required.
Some light testing to make sure things are aligned correctly. Pull business needs from the client and document so development team can understand and build out solution that is needed (if person know the parameters and can guide conversation – meaning they understand or have some administration, development, or power user perspective – this conversation goes very smoothly).
Take problem to solution.
Heavy analysis and documentation.

Past experience SharePoint Administration or SharePoint Development.
MCSE or SharePoint 2013 Certification.
Project management a plus. PMP.
Working within complex, highly integrated corporate environment.
Knowledge of systems development life cycle methodologies.
SharePoint 2013 Development Experience.
