Job Description: • Primary responsibilities:

• Process analysis; including identifying opportunities for improvement
• Requirements planning, including scoping and change control
• Requirements definition, analysis and documentation
• Coordinating with stakeholders and tech teams
• Testing and validation
• Data analysis.

• Additional areas of responsibilities:

• Monitoring adherence with program and project management standards
• Facilitating meetings with stakeholders, project sponsors, PMOs, business managers
• Portfolio / program / project tracking and support activities
• Metrics development
• Ad hoc reporting requests.

• Qualifications Required:

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry or a management consulting firm
• Background in Tech Governance / Program management
• Self-starter with an ability to work independently
• Ability to perform in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong focus on delivery
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage relationships at various levels of the organization
• Ability to work collaboratively across divisions and business functions
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Power Point
• Working knowledge of SharePoint
• Understanding of IT Development Process / Lifecycle a plus.

• Qualifications Desired:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Access / Business Objects.
• HP PPM experience.
