Job Description: • MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for designing best practice solutions based on business requirements.
• Act as Functional Lead to deliver the SRM modules through all major phases of the project
• Maintain a partnership with the Project Manager, Business Owners and SMEs,
• Produce Quality deliverables in a timely manner supporting key project delivery milestones.
• Work with technical developers to create technical design specs.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft module configuration and how it impacts future transactional processing. Ability to lead delivery of Conference Room Pilot , Requirements Gathering, Fit/Gap, Functional Design, Configuration Workbook, System Testing, UAT and cutover
• Review Gap requirements and provide reasonable estimates and impact analysis
• Facilitate key discussions with Business Owners and SMEs.

• MIMINUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) or more years of hands-on PeopleSoft experience with at least two (2) years in the role of Functional lead implementing PeopleSoft version 9.x
• Experience on two (2) or more full-lifecycle implementation of PeopleSoft 9.x
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• A thorough understanding of PS FSCM applications, PS Query, PS Security, PS Application Designer, SQL Plus, Business Requirements Analysis, System Testing and User Acceptance Testing
• Significant experience with two or more of the following PeopleSoft modules (eSupplier, eSettlement and Strategic Sourcing)
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations orally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and drive deliverables to completion.

• Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with Big 4 consulting or similar Tier-1 consulting firm
• PeopleSoft certification in one or more of the in-scope FMS Phase 2 modules
• Experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 (eSupplier, eSettlement and Strategic Sourcing)
• Significant experience with PeopleSoft eProcurement and Purchasing modules
• Exposure to a formal Project delivery methodology.
