Job Description: The qualified candidate:
Should be well versed in the full Software Development Lifecycle and be proficient with PeopleSoft 9.2 Treasury (TR),
Asset Management (AM) and T&E Expenses (EX) as defined as a working knowledge without supervision.
Have strong communication skills, and will be proactive and comfortable in working with Application/Technical Architects,
Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and production support teams.
Have proven experience in day to day responsibility for providing design leadership, strong developer skills, and aiding in both planning and execution of projects focused on PeopleSoft enhancements, upgrades, and integration capabilities.
Seasoned experience with partnered collaboration with Business and Systems analysts, Administrators, and Quality Assurance teams to support configurations, code customizations, code migrations, and testing from System, Integration, User Acceptance and performance SMEs.
Essential Functions:
8+ years Design, develop, test and implement PeopleSoft Financial Module systems experience
Includes authoring technical designs, performing root cause analysis, data and process analysis, code documentation, and code reviews
Strong PeopleSoft application experience in FSCM 9.2
Experience leading portions or all of work unit/elements for PeopleSoft patching or upgrade projects (Application and/or PeopleTools)
Ability to stay abreast of and quickly adapt to new technology and business requirements.
Ability to provide rotating, on-call support services 24x7
Required qualifications:
Desired Skills and Experience: Been there, done that!
PeopleTools 8.54 experience including Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, PeopleCode, SQR, BI Publisher and Approval Workflow Engine
Accomplished in being responsible for development of new processes and custom enhancements to existing code, and application of vendor provided patches/fixes/upgrades
Experience in Service based technologies to develop and support integrations between PeopleSoft and other internal/external applications, including 3rd party business partners
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Business Analysts and IT development team to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of issues
Strong oral and written communication - Ability to communicate and explain technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

Bachelor’s Degree in related system and/or business related field of study (or equivalent work experience)
