Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work location is somewhat flexible- at Chester, and some work can be done at Richmond.
• Responsible for operations and support of customized Microsoft Dynamics solutions which include an external portal and internal CRM components.
• Deployment of solutions
• Monitoring of environment to ensure integrity and safety
• Producing technical documentation
• Assisting with set up and configuration of version updates and upgrades o Microsoft application installation, configuration, administration and maintenance
• Recommend patching and upgrade paths for applications and servers
• Maintain Application Lifecycle Management functions for multiple applications simultaneously
• Investigate error logs and have proactive plans to address ongoing issues


REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Server Administrator with development and architecture experience to help maintain XRM (web portals) and CRM applications
• Windows Server Administration and Maintenance experience including MS Server 2008/2012
• CRM SDK
• .NET framework development using C#
• SQL Server 2008,2012
