Job Description: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills:
• Thorough understanding of Finance business processes in a global Finance environment.
• Expert level knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, CE, Projects, FA, iExpense)
• Strong knowledge of related application configurations and processes
• Proficiency with SQL based queries
• Knowledge of Project and Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies
• Ability to identify system impact for small and large scale initiatives
• Experience with global implementations of Oracle EBS
• Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines
• Able to effectively lead and motivate small project teams
• Ability to achieve results under limited direction
• Strong customer and results orientation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Experience:
• 7+ years of demonstrated experience in Technology/IT industry.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience with Oracle EBS Financials modules and processes.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master’s degree
• PMI Certification
• Experience with other Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing modules
• Proficiency with MS Project/Visio/etc.
• Bi-lingual in a 2nd language
• Prior experience with global implementations and support of Oracle Financials for manufacturing companies.
• Experience with international or multi-level marketing business
• Experience with complex, multi-national application implementations




DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES :
• Expert understanding and ability to analyze and query application data schema
• Requirements gathering and scope definition with non-technical business user constituencies
• The ability to interview various non-technical managers to understand complex, dynamic business rules/process and then create detailed, specific and comprehensive documentation
• Engage business users spanning multiple business units and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective technology solutions
• Engage business users to support all necessary clarification for the Project Team, Developer Team and Production Support Team to design and implement an effective solution
• Manage components of a project plan or entire projects
• Strong functional understanding of the systems supported and the development framework for customizations
• Verification of feasibility of Business User’s request functionality and business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures
• Ability to create and present key requirements artifacts without direct supervision.
