Job Description: Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Information Systems or Computer Science).
• 8-10 years of Enterprise Software Implementation and Integration experience that includes Architecture, Analysis, Design and Development Oracle Applications.
• 5-10 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Preferably 2 + years in Release 12).
• 3+ years of Oracle applications support in Order to Cash and Billing. Must have experience in Oracle R12 EBS specifically in Order to Cash (OTC), Service contracts, Accounts Receivables (AR), Credit Management, and Advanced Collections with experience in social media order capture, billing and revenue accounting.
• Experience with relational database systems, especially Oracle 11g & Exadata.
• Proficiency in SQL Plus, PL/SQL, Reports 10g, Forms 10g, Discoverer Reports, XML Publisher, SQL Loader, anFd LINUX scripting.
• Integration experience using business events, workflows and Web Service call integrations through XML / JSON is a solid plus.
• Integration experience with GetPaid application is a big plus.
• Experience with D&B integration and data structure/elements for customer credit check.
• Experience working with Toad, and some Enterprise reporting solutions.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12/Java is a plus.
• Experience with performance tuning of applications using built-in Oracle utilities like Explain Plan and TK-Prof and used Optimizer hints and Bulk Binding techniques where needed.

• Good Functional Knowledge in core Financial and CRM modules (AP, AR, GL, PO, OM, OKS, OCM, ACM, eBTax etc). Procure to Pay and Order to Cash Cycles.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.



Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with implementing and supporting business systems for order capture/booking, fulfillment, billing, and revenue recognition in a social media or similar “soft” product that be sold self-service (online), or through a sales representative
• Knowledge of working with engineering teams and finance team there by bridging the gap by translating requirement across different teams
• Experience with integration of external order processing platforms such as Salesforce
• Experience with integration of external tools for credit and collections
• Experience supporting global regions
• Experience managing financial processing of month-end and year-end activities
• Experience supporting local accounting and tax structures
• Experience performing business requirements gathering (to be model - as is model) and leading unit and user acceptance testing
• Knowledge of project management and standard testing methodologies and Oracle OBIEE
• Self-motivated with an ability to take up initiatives and execute tasks with full ownership and deliver agreed upon deliverables in a timely manner.
