Job Description: Required Skills:-
• Work in a DevOps team to define, develop, maintain and support applications and services related to Cybersecurity and Usage Management products.
• Define and conform to continuous deployment and continuous integration practices.
• Interprets business requirements and recommends complete solutions based on best practices and proven technologies.
• Develops technical requirements, architecture and detailed design to meet business/engineering needs.
• Provides direction and develops longterm technical objectives and plans. Determines resources, technology and course of action to achieve desired results.
• Analyzes data sets, KPIs and processes to understand impacts, risks, identifies trends, and recommends improvements.
• Attend Scrum meetings, sprint planning sessions, follows Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas, analysis, issues to team, stakeholders, and management.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Experience with defining and developing technical solutions for large scale distributed environments with consideration to customer experience, highavailability,
scalability, redundancy, security and performance.
• Experience with highly available, distributed computing systems that utilize Big Data technologies (Cassandra, Elastic Search, MongoDB, Hadoop, etc).
• Knowledge of standard Open Source application servers (Tomcat, NGINX, Apache HTTP, NodeJS, etc).
• Experience with messaging queue systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AMQP, etc).
• Familiarity with enterprise software development patterns (Service Oriented Architectures, Microservices, etc).
• Experience with provisioning, operational management, automation, code configuration management and monitoring tools (Puppet/Chef/Ansible/GIT
Nagios/Sensu, etc).
• Experience with networking stack, load balancing and security best practices (encryption, firewalls, authentication, etc).
• Experience with implementing, operating and scaling services in cloud environments (Amazon AWS or OpenStack).
• Familiarity with data serialization formats like XML, JSON and protocol buffers.
• Familiarity with high performance computation architectures is a plus (Spark/Mesos).
• Expertise in at least one scripting language (Shell, Python, Ruby, JavaScript).
• Experience with Agile or Scrum SDLCs.
• Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimum direction.
