• Proven sales track record – IT Sales / Business Development on IT Staffing industry (3 to 7 years experiences).
• Ability to develop and grow national and/or mid-market accounts.
• Strong attitude, aptitude, passion and experience with Business Development and sales with IT consulting firms
• Strong account penetration / business presentation / effective sales and marketing background.
• Competitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
