• Provide problem resolution for Windows 10 deployments, Build VDIs, Desktop and Laptop to supplement in place Upgrade process, partner closely with Fulfillment, ITSC and various business areas to ensure application integrity and business continuity.
• Develop knowledge base applications and proactively train and mentor level 1 support resources.
• Assists in the evaluation of business problems, evaluates and recommends vendor packages vis-a vis needs and implements required software.
• Assists in the evaluation of new personal end-user computing packages and equipment and in the implementation and testing of prototypes.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure smoot transition to modern platform.
