PMP certification minimum 10+ years of experienced profiles only.
The position will be responsible for assisting the business analysts in user support, leading development efforts for bug fixes and minor application enhancements, coordinating deployment activities and ensuring the reliability and data integrity of the systems. Additionally as part of vendor management, the position is responsible for performing technical reviews, evaluating vendor solutions by leveraging best practices and managing off-shore application support resources.
The above position will be under Treasury Financial Technology (ITSTR), one of the divisions under ITSFI. ITSTR handles the support of financial applications in the areas of securities processing, risk measurement, analytics, banking and payments, financial accounting and reporting, and specialized desktop and infrastructure support.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
• Bachelors’ degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of IT project management experience.
• 8+ years’ experience managing complex projects requiring coordination across multiple business lines/organizations.
• Experience with IT projects in the Financial Industry
• Experience with IT projects utilizing multiple technologies and frameworks
• Expertise in documenting and managing issues and actions for IT development projects.
• Experience in Project/Program Planning, Monitoring and Management
• Experience in developing estimates for resource (i.e., business, technical, and financial) and schedule requirements
• Self-starter able to provide creative, effective ways of overcoming project management and execution challenges.
• Knowledge of the institution’s technical and operational infrastructure, relevant institutional policies and procedures; ability to effectively liaise with all concerned units on policy and technical issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
