Job Description: Skills:

• Data Imports, Integration with Workday (Secured Objects/Reports), CMDB Integration using Microsoft SCCM are they key areas of focus.
• Provide software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations
• Develop, design and rollout new application modules, workflows and catalog requests
• Research new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer value
• Enhance ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB and Knowledge base modules based on process owners needs
• Integrate ServiceNow modules with other ABC IT systems using web services
• Develop code in the mid-tier server integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems
• Participate in all scrum sessions (grooming, estimation, daily scrum, etc)
• Build and execute test scripts and validate results to ensure that configuration/customization meeting process owners needs
• Must have at least 2 years of ServiceNow Suite configuration experience specifically in Service Request fulfillment, Service catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Reports, Dashboard, Workflow, and On Call management
• Must have at least 3 years of ServiceNow development experience with java scripting skills
• Must have at least 2+ years of extensive web development experience to handle Servicenow CMS need(HTML, CSS)
• Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with a high level of confidence Technologies
• Experience with Workday Integration, Onboarding of new Employee workflow, Data Import via FTP as well as API
• Geneva Implementation and features knowledge required
• CMDB Integration with Microsoft SCCM and CA tools as well as Manual Imports
• SCRUM Module
• ServiceNow Suite configuration experience specifically in Service Request fulfillment, Service catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Reports, Dashboard, Workflow.
