Job Description: Technical requirements:

• Excellent network troubleshooting skills. Must be able to quickly identify and resolve network related issues in smallest possible time.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Able to perform proof-of-concept and review the test results & provide analysis.
• Able to build design and configuration standards.
• Develop bill of materials.
• CCNP Certification Required.
• Configuring/Troubleshooting LAN Switching and Cisco Wireless
• Configuring/Troubleshooting of Wireless Controller
• Configuring/Troubleshooting WAN ? MPLS, MPLS/VPN
• Configuring/Troubleshooting of Cisco Catalyst 6500 and other Catalyst Series switches
• Cisco Nexus 7K/5K/2K Series of switches
• Troubleshoot routing loop, Asymmetric Routing and STP loop issues
• Configuring/Troubleshooting Routing protocols ? EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
• Configuring/Troubleshooting of Cisco Routers 3800, 3900, 7600, ASR Series
• QoS (Quality of service) configuration/troubleshooting

• Excellent communication skills. Must be able to clearly interact with customer, understand the requirements and communicate with the offshore team. Must be able to participate and represent the team in Change and Incident Management meetings.
