Job Description: Describtion:

• Assembles process recommendation documents, including presentations, process maps, supporting metrics, business requirements and related impact analyses for complex processes or for portions of larger or inter-related processes.May apply Lean/Six Sigma concepts and techniques to process improvement initiatives
Identify the impact of newly developed workflows or technology changes to the business.
• Define and document existing business processes and help to manage their continual improvement.
• Support the achievement and maintenance of all regulatory requirements.
• Identify interdependencies between departments and/or processes and work closely with peers to introduce these.
• Work to develop a cohesive and co-ordinate approach to dealing with operational issues within the Alliance ensuring that regular communication channels are built and aligned across the business.
• Performs low to medium complexity projects, maintenance, configuration, development and support of Alliance systems and reporting tools
• Performs analysis of Alliance systems, data and reporting needs
• Delivery of business improvement projects to agreed quality and time, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and involved at all relevant stages.
• Work with each of the functional stakeholders to implement, develop and revise business operations processes, and coordinates technology solutions.
• Performs low to medium complexity projects, maintenance, configuration, development and support of Alliance systems and reporting tools
• Identify interdependencies between departments and/or processes and work closely with peers to introduce these.
• Performs testing and utilizes quality control standards to ensure that work is audited,
• Ensures that business requirements are accurately implemented.
• Designs new configurations (or modifying existing configurations) to resolve system and reporting errors;
• Analyzes, researches and resolves basic system errors generated from system use and Analytics Department tools;
• Work to develop a cohesive and co-ordinate approach to dealing with operational issues within the Alliance ensuring that regular communication channels are built and aligned across the business.
