Job Description: Experience & Qualifications:

• Typically 10-15 years of Project Management experience.
• Should have SOUND AGILE experience.
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is desired.
• Technical management experience in a high-technology environment.
• Strong ability in relationship management.
• Manages improvement processes that impact customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Responsible for management of the entire project lifecycle from project definition/scope through implementation.
• Develop project plan and drive project milestones. Employ project management methodologies and tools, like MS Project. Identify, coordinate, and manage resources and key stakeholders for
• project.
• Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Manage all communication plans, training and documentation.
• Deliver projects on time, at/under budget and within scope.
• Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Position requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio.
• Manages one or more medium to large-sized moderate to high complex business unit projects.
• Creates and maintains the project management plan ensuring PM methodology is adhered to.
• Develops, and continually updates, project plans and schedules.
• Facilitates the gathering of information required for the level of effort analysis to estimate project cost, resources, time and deliverables.
• Develops budget requests for resources
• Describe technical or other issues that need to be considered and assist in the development of SOW*s.
• Ensures that all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively.
• Conducts in-depth root cause analysis of project budget discrepancies.
• Formulates recovery plans or assessing impact if not recoverable and escalates as appropriate.
• Has good judgment regarding which creative ideas and suggestions can improve clients business.
• Prepares status reports to convey project scope, goals, milestones, budget, risk, status, change requests, and critical issues to the client and project team.
• Conducts formal review with business sponsor at project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction.
• Uses past experiences to identify potential areas of improvement.
