Job Description: Position Requires:

• 5 + years of experience in mobility support/operations experience.
• 2 + years of experience in mobility engineering role
• Support of mobile technologies (including Ipad and Blackberry)
• Experience in Mobile device Management (MobileIron, RIM and good for enterprise)
• Strong knowledge of OS and network security (specifically around mobile devices)
• Provide 2/3 rd level support as required
• Product and technology evaluation paper based- and/or applied research in a lab environment finding need to be formerly documented and presented to management and internal business as required
• Strong communication skills – ability to articulate vision and strategy across varying target audiences throughout the organization
• Strong ability to map business requirements to technical deliverables
• Proficiency with networking protocols and implementations
• Produce technical Documentations.

Preferred Candidate would also meet this following Criteria:

• Collage degree preferred but not required, based on experiences.
• Experience with automation (scripting or orchestration platforms etc.) to improve service delivery objectives where application is plus
• ITIL certification
• Microsoft exchange 2013 experience
• Citrix Xen app 6.5 experience
• A solid understanding of basic networking concepts
• Willingness to learn and support other/new technologies.
