Job Description: The person hired for the position will provide business analysis, project management, and software validation deliverables for specific projects supporting the Brookings manufacturing operations.

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Provide analysis and guidance on software requirements, from properly documenting the actual requirements, developing testing plans, and managing the testing process and identifying defects, and tracing testing results back to requirements.
• Partner with the business project champions to identify true software requirements, set deadlines, and prevent scope creep.
• Partner with the overall project team to ensure that non-IT project activities are in sync with IT project milestones.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the business processes that are supported by the internal and corporate IT systems.
• Troubleshoot technical and data related issues.
• Properly validate and thoroughly document the technology changes, and ensure the validation evidence is sufficient and will support an FDA regulated environment.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
Minimum of three (3) years of IT business analysis or project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of proven business analysis or project management, using PMI or IIBA methodologies and tools. Preference will be given to PMP or IIBA certified candidates.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware custom applications, quality management and ERP manufacturing systems.
• Business analysis or project management in a manufacturing facility. Medical device manufacturing a plus.
• Knowledge of software development in an FDA regulated facility.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages, especially C#.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server and SQL Server Tools.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Experience with documenting requirements, and developing and executing testing plans to meet requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, problem solving, and project planning skills are a must.
• Self-motivated individual who communicates and influences with credibility and confidence; strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to balance business needs, yet juggle conflicting priorities when it comes to IT sponsored projects or initiatives.
