Job Description: You will be part of our IT support team working on configuring workstations, assisting with second level help desk tickets, special projects like Windows 10, and Office 365 deployments. Other special projects as assigned from the IT Manager

Training will be provided on workflow of team, configuring workstations, installing workstations and peripherals, troubleshooting, repair, Audio Visual support.

Knowledge/Skills:
• Strong oral and written communication skills along with strong technical skills with MS Excel
• Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Adaptability and ability to learn quickly in high-pressure environments;
• Leadership, teamwork and human relations/client servicing ability;
• An understanding of diversity and value of inclusion;
• IT background, A+ certification. CIS, MIS, IT coursework highly preferred
