Job Description: Elgibility:
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of related experience and 1-2 years of business solutions experience with high complexity, multiple large application business processes.
Experience in managing complex, cross-organizational technical programs.
Experienced in driving implementations through the entire IDLC (Infrastructure Development Life Cycle) including the introduction of new technologies into the business as well as the retirement of technologies and services. A broad background in many IT disciplines (e.g. software development, operations, infrastructure).
Full understanding of how an IT Service Management works within a complex IT shop. Expert with Project Management tools such as MS Project, MS-Office Suite.

Description
Position Purpose: Lead the design, build, test and maintain enablers of business processes, including technology and process solutions with a focus on high complexity, “family” of business service solutions
· Responsible for the entire implementation process
· Drive definition of business need, responsible for overall solution design, build and test, root cause analysis, and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes and functionality
· Responsible for identifying the need, defining and implementing improvements in the methods, standards and processes to better enable working in teams and constructing enterprise applications
· Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives

Part Project Management, part Technical Lead.
· A lot of the efforts involve integration of Centene Specialty companies during integration and post-integration
· Root cause analysis around break/fix – “which teams do we need to get involved to support/correct the issue?”
· Acting as a liaison through the service design process to represent our specialty company (subsidiary)
· PMO background is not a requirement, but having the ability to help track efforts, identify timelines and report those back to management is needed
· General knowledge of server environments, performance management tools within server environment, telephony, networking, etc
· May include light travel outside of St. Louis (2-3 trips per year)
