Job Description: 1-2 years experience in a Service Desk environment, with high call volume. • 2-3 years experience with a ticketing system. • 1-2 years experience in a data analyst position. • Familiar with Microsoft products, e.g. Outlook, Word, Power point, Visio, Project, SharePoint including ADVANCED knowledge and experience in Excel, Access, and SQL. • Experience in creating and analyzing IT operational reports and queries and identifying anomalies. • Experience installing, maintaining and supporting desktop hardware, software, network resources and protocols. • Good data entry and typing skills (55+ WPM). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong customer service, and interpersonal skills. • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities. • Exceptional procedural troubleshooting skills. • IT Service Desk Operations experience in a lead role. • 1-2 years experience in Level 1 and 2 PC troubleshooting, including basic knowledge and familiarity with installing, maintaining and troubleshooting desktop resources including, but not limited to operating system software, MS Office suite, commercial off the shelf software, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, tablets, multi-function printers, internet technologies, remote access solutions and all commonly used desktop peripherals. • 1-2 years experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues both (primarily) remotely via telephone and on-site, in an enterprise environment, using standard tools and techniques. Ability to accomplish this with tools provided by MTA. • Demonstrates ability to work effectively and be flexible in a variety of situations, including those involving uncertainty, lack of information, and changing circumstances. • Ability to analyze data using MS Excel functions including pivot table and other complex formulas.
