Job Description: Arrow Solutions Group is seeking a contract .NET Web Application Developer to work in Warner Robins, Georgia. This person will perform a variety of programming assignments, procedures, and data processing functions, as well as maintain and modify software programs as directed. Job duties include the development of software programs in order to improve functionality of the software, and adhere to good programming practices and required security standards. Applicants must be able to demonstrate ethics, responsibility, professionalism, punctuality, and organizational skills, and work effectively as part of a team. Candidates must work onsite; no remote work is available.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze the performance of hardware and software interfaces and identify alternatives for optimizing the usage of computer resources.
Apply accepted programming standards and techniques to ensure efficient program logic and data manipulation.
Participate in designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting operating systems and software.
Provide assistance and routine consultation to users in the development of operating systems and software.
Implement tools and facilitate text formatting, file conversion, and transfer.
Diagnose and resolve problems.
Plan and execute software version upgrade releases and custom interfaces.
Install, configure, and test workstations with supporting hardware, software, and networking components.
Provide support as requested for both administrative purposes and the Quality Management System.
Successfully perform basic mathematical functions as required in a business and/or engineering setting.
Travel when necessary in support of the task.
Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of management.
Experience / Qualifications:

5+ years of previous programming experience in Microsoft .NET Technologies or a MCSD Certificate in either Web Applications or Application Lifecycle Management along with at least 2 years of experience.
Experience with web-based application development in .NET and software languages to include C#, ASP.NET, LINQ, T-SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery is preferred.
ColdFusion experience is a plus.
Must possess an excellent understanding of technical issues.
Ability to communicate verbally and in written form effectively, with the ability to work within the U.S. Government’s contractual realm.
Success managing multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and tasks.
To perform this job successfully, the individual should have demonstrable fluency with computers, software, and general office equipment.
Preferred Skills: Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft SQL Server, MVC, WPF and Silverlight is a plus, but not required.
Current drivers’ license, proof of U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and retain a valid security clearance enabling access to various government facilities.
Professional software development certifications are desired.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds or more.
