Job Description: • Act as a liaison between business users and IT project team on ServiceNow projects and implementations.
• Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization both in writing and orally.
• Manage user expectations and requirements scope.
• Meets deadlines.
• Lead requirements elicitation, definition, and documentation with business and partner teams.
• Participates and documents in fit/gap analysis of functional requirements.
• Use of Agile SDLC methodology using User Stories, Sprints, and Scrum meetings.
• Facilitate functional requirements walkthroughs with developers and testing team.
• Reviews design and prototypes with business partners.
• Review test cases for accuracy and thoroughness.
• Work closely with Project Manager, developers, test team, business partners, and applicable outside entities (vendors and others).
• Contribute to development of user guides, reference manuals, training materials and code release artifacts as appropriate.
• Actively participates in production deployments to validate changes in production.
• Works with Project Lead to ensure compliance to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Provides estimates for work efforts on new projects, user stories, and sprint planning.
• Provides weekly status reports to project manager and business partners.
• Provides necessary input, good or bad, for the project(s).
• Interact with the team's developers to ensure the team is meeting the needs with respect to keeping current and future business partners satisfied and supporting them with their business growth initiatives.
