Job Description: WMS Programmer - Analyst III: United Hardware Distributing is seeking a full-time WMS Programmer - Analyst for our Information Services Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the support, modifications, design, development, and maintenance of Webwise, HighJump Architect workflows, SQL Server Tables and Store Procedures and the Vocollect voice picking solution.
Support and maintain middleware applications and databases used to integrate with the ERP system.
Contribute to the support, design and development process as part of a team.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide updates in the support desk system.
Build relationships with peers and other teams to achieve objectives, maintain objectivity, and give and welcome feedback on technology, design, and implementation decisions.
Plan and implement all actions required to deploy applications to production environments.
Provide on-call support.
Update programs historical and procedural documentation to reflect modifications
Perform analysis of business processes through studying and testing interactions between systems, identify areas that can be improved by technology, and interpret analyses to make recommendations.
Define the system requirements based on the functional and technical requirements of the applications being developed.
Analyze user requests and issues and propose effective solutions.
Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate testing with parties involved.
Provide basic project management to organize and coordinate work and drive small projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bachelor’s Degree in computer related field or comparable work experience.
Three years programming and business analyst experience.
Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Working knowledge of most of the following: OOP, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, and Angular
Proficient with Visual Studio .NET, SQL Server, Team Foundation or SourceSafe, Microsoft Office
Problem solving skills
Keyboarding skills
Good interpersonal skills, at all levels of employees
Proficient with SDLC (software development lifecycle)
Knowledge of system development, integration, and data gathering techniques
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
