Job Description:

The client is looking for a Desktop Support professional to come in and support their growing facilities in Decatur IL. They are looking for someone to handle 5-10 trouble tickets daily in fixing hardware and software issues in their environment. They need to be able to work under pressure as people will be bringing their computers directly to the IT department to support their needs. Experience with Windows support, hardware troubleshooting and peripheral support are necessary. They will also be helping to support their Mitel phone system. This individual will be working along with another person in support and working to support their network infra for the 2 facilities. The vision for this role is to have someone come in that can learn and grow into a Network Admin for these areas.
