Job Description: • 5+ years of experience in a HCM (Human Capital Management) lead consulting role and production support.
• Experience in implementing and training Workforce Management software including Time and Attendance and ACT module
• Experience with SuccessFactors core HR processes and system including Employee Central, Talent and Acquisition, Performance Management.
• Create and maintain requirements documentation, work with Workforce vendor for all pre-requisites.
• Configuration of system components and provide product and subject matter expertise.
• Logical and technical mindset that is able to analyze requirements, problems and propose/ build solution.
• Experience conducting technology training sessions.
