Job Description: ? A BS degree in a technical or mathematics-based field, or the equivalent of 4 years professional related experience.
? 3+ years Identity and Access Management experience
? 3+ years’ experience working as Project Lead, Scrum Master or as member in a DevOps team
? 2+ years’ experience working in an IT Operations role (ITIL knowledge beneficial)
? 2+ years working on a team employing standardized project delivery methods (both waterfall and agile, DevOps experience beneficial)
? 2+ years working with external vendors/suppliers and managing and steering their deliverables as internal project lead.
? IT Specialist Identity and Access Management Serves as a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) subject matter expert, project lead and DevOps team member.
? Works with product owners, other DevOps teams and within the global Identity and Access Management team to design, implement and operate global IAM systems, IAM governance processes, global IAM master solutions and standard architectures for IAM systems and platforms that exceed functional expectations consistent with the values of a premium global brand.
? Analyses and advances the processes, technologies, operational methods and tools for IAM covering all levels of the IAM technical landscape and the IAM governance function and processes.
? Identifies vulnerabilities and weaknesses of IAM processes and tools and develops defense strategies to mitigate risks.
? Analyses the newest methods, tools and solutions of IAM with focus on the current trends of the market and the IT industry.
? Works within a DevOps team that designs, develops and operates products within of the global IAM landscape.
? Supports to develop the IAM strategy further and contributes with own ideas, creativity, responsibility and experience.
? Contributes to the definition of the IAM product strategy by collaborating with other senior technical leads, project managers, DevOps teams, business relationship managers and business analysts on a project team and across the organization.
? Performs other duties as assigned by management.
