||1) Experience working in a field capacity (HFC preferred) doing site surveys for construction teams
2) Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, databases. Visio, CAD
3) Experience working in a role that required interfacing with customers both in person and via email.
Job Description: This is a project coordinator role within the construction team. This role will require the candidate to:
- Handle site visits
- Document the site visits
- Create work orders (bids, estimates...)
- Send out work orders to Subs
- Survey storm damage, commercial builds, residential builds.
