Supports a team of seven Business Analysts in a collaborative effort to complete our Q4 work volumes. Conduct production-oriented activities by entering and extracting information from various applications and systems, manipulating data in spreadsheets; identifying and researching anomalies; and making corrections as needed. Assist others with conducting business research by gathering data, identifying options, and creating non-routine reports with detailed analyses and/or proposals to create or revise management policies, business processes and services provided to customers. Work with other departments to coordinate activities and project work in order to ensure that client meets customer expectations. Assists in problem resolution as needed to ensure that customers receive prompt, efficient service in accordance with company policies.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; demonstrated ability to interpret and apply standard policies, procedures and other established guidelines; effective analytical/problem solving and research skills; effective communication skills for exchanging routine and non-routine information (verbally and in writing) with people inside and outside the Company; proficiency with personal computers, spreadsheets and database software.
SystemOne.nxt and/or MyclientConnection experience is beneficial, but not required.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Having Access experience is a plus, but not required.

Having client Group Benefits knowledge is a huge plus!

Working Hours: Only 20 hours a week to start, until the end of October, then they'll know if they need someone full time, for sure. They're pretty confident it's looking that way though. This could be extended beyond the New Year and then in February 2018, there is a potential permanent opening for the right candidate. The days the candidate will need to work each week, until October can fluctuate; however they can be flexible with the time of day the candidate works, as long as it's within the core business hours of 8am-4pm.
