Job description (Detailed ) : • Meet strategic objectives of a program by overseeing multiple project activities: coordinate, organize, prioritize and monitor multiple workstreams and inter-connected projects
• Align project outcomes with engagement objectives and client’s strategic goal
• Map current as is business processes and future requirements, quantify gaps and needs
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, utilization, budgets and activities to meet client expectations
• Assume responsibility for the team, project outcomes and deliverables
• Drive Operations rigor, monitor operations health and bring in operational efficiency
• Manage project drivers including scope, schedule, priorities and team members
• Drive operational excellence through strategic planning, reviews; developing and executing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; issues resolution; performing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvement opportunities; implementing change
• Leverage domain knowledge and best practices to guide the team in delivery process
• Assess team performance and implement steps to maximize client satisfaction
• Prepare and present status reports to internal and client stakeholders
• Lead and evaluate workstream leads and other staff
• Support and participate in recruiting, orienting, coaching, and counseling team members
• Communicate role expectations. Plan, monitor, and appraise member contributions
• Support negotiation of contracts and contractual changes. Coordinate preparations of proposals, plans, specifications and financial conditions of contracts
• Support knowledge initiatives within the organization, which include the creation of case studies, co-author white papers and prepare material for industry conferences
• Manage client relationships and dynamics
