Job Description: Overview
Skills:
• Experience in building statistical analytics solution in healthcare or life science domain with hands on experience in SAS or R or other statistical platform
• Strong in statistical concepts and statistical solutions
• Good knowledge of Payers, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Sales and Marketing Space with experience in Pharma datasets, business rules and key performance indicators
• Experience building solutions in payer analytics such as Spillover, Copay Optimization
• Worked in multiple therapy areas
• Client consulting skills including ability to build relationships with clients, potentially with C-level executives
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical data analysis results to business and business processes, challenges and issues to technical team
• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
Good to Have:
• Experience building solutions in Marketing Analytics space such as Digital Marketing, Customer Experience
• Exposure to Machine and Deep learning concepts. Supervised, unsupervised, semi-supervised and reinforced learning concepts exposure
• Exposure to Big data tools and technologies. Ability to pick up new analytics skill sets and technologies
• Digital Enablement
• Exposure to various visualization, BI, data analysis and presentation tools.
• Working with senior stakeholders ideating on their analytics and defining actionable analytics solutions synchronized with their strategies, managing delivery with a cross functional team.
• Experience of RFP response will be added advantage
• Aware about recent developments in pharma space, emerging data and analytics solutions
About the Role:
• Drive complex consulting statistical projects in payer space and possibly marketing analytics for a large US based pharmaceutical client
• Delivery management of analytics projects. May eventually require leading a team of data scientists based in US as well as India
• Transform client business problems into technical problems, translate business requirements and unstructured business issues into data analytic problems
• Work with data scientists to identify data needs, sources, and structure to support client issues
• Track and communicate project risks, proactively broaden and deepen client relationships by managing client relations with senior-level clients
• Establish and successfully execute multiple engagements in parallel
**Strong Managed care (Payor focused) experience is a must for this role + experience is statistical tools and techniques***
