Job Description for Support Analyst - Credit

The Credit Derivatives support team in Raleigh is part of the Application Support Group (ASG) support facing off directly to Trading in Credit. The team provides support for Trading Risk and PnL systems. We believe that the support role will provide the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity to experience a Front Office support environment. The candidate will have visibility of a significant number of trading platforms and will have day to day interaction with the various Trading desks.

Candidate essential requirements
• At least 4+ years' experience with .Net development and/or application support
Financial services IT industry (preferred)?
• Strong technical skills – a solid working knowledge of Windows, MS SQL, Oracle, Excel/VBA
• Database understanding and ability to query effectively
• Strong demonstration of logical and analytical thinking
• Good understanding of Windows server and desktop environments, for application layer support
• Scripting experience
• Front Office experience in Fixed Income products (preferred)
• Credit product knowledge or Fixed Income Derivatives support experience (preferred)
• Strong Experience in Risk and PnL generation (preferred)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
