Job Description: Summary: Responsible for following up with customers who have expressed interest in becoming a customer. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Entry level 2 years customer service related experience required. Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Contact potential customers and warm transfer them to a Loan Officer, if they are interested in learning more about our products. Comment: Entry level - motivated individuals, good attention to detail, able to make 150 calls per day, good customer service skills.Hours we are supporting:9-7:30pm M-TH; Friday 9- 5:30pm
