o Outstanding customer service, patience, and interpersonal skills that create a welcoming environment where users will feel free to ask questions until full understanding is reached;
o Ability to prioritize tasks, assess various problems, and estimate realistic timeframes for resolution;
o 3-5 years of Helpdesk/Desktop support experience;

o ITIL v3
o Windows 10/7 MacOS X
o Strong analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, WSUS, and other Windows OS tool
o Scripting/Image management
