o Printer troubleshooting
• Perform troubleshooting analysis of workstations, laptops and associated systems.
• Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning, and break /fix.
• Proven conscientious reporting of all issues and resolutions for future reference and trouble tickets.
• Be of high aptitude and keen on detail.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, systems, and software for networks.
• Familiar with Networking protocols such as LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS
• Must work well in a team environment as well as be able to work independently.
• Customer focused, performance driven, high aptitude for technology - Extroverted personality is key when providing customer service.
• Strong analytical capabilities and professional office skills required
