Provides first level Pre-Sale and Post-Sale Sales Support for various power quality products such as LV/MV power factor correction products, surge protection devices and power conditioning products. This support to include product pricing, product selection, order expediting, and basic technical support for Client Representatives, distributors and end customers
Provides basic application support for the surge protection, power conditioning and Power Factor Capacitor product lines.
Provides basic post-sales technical support to resolve product installation and warranty issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use business software systems such as MS Outlook, Word & Excel
Ability to learn Client order process system
Good phone presence and professional demeanor
Technical Degree from an accredited institution (all engineering disciplines encouraged)
Inside or outside industrial product sales experience
Ability to understand and work with multiple sales channels
Experience in electrical installation methods, practices, and applicable local and national electrical codes.
