||This position is a higher tier Help Desk support in a mixed Windows and Mac environment. Candidates MUST have Mac troubleshooting experience in medium to large environments. This person will be supporting internal staff with hardware and software troubleshooting. Other required experienced includes network device troubleshooting, network connection validation, and working directly with IP address.
