Basic Qualifications
* 10+ years experience in internet/ intranet-based business systems or e-business consulting.

Minimum Requirements
* 10+ years relevant project management experience
* Solid knowledge of financial services and online/mobile environments
* Proven ability in leading project teams and managing complex high visibility projects that span one to two years in duration across multiple stakeholder communities within an organization
* Proven ability in managing a project team throughout the entire project life-cycle from problem definition, requirements definition, design, development, testing and implementation
* Experience in managing a program of projects associated with a specific business strategy
* Solid knowledge of project planning and budgeting on highly complex projects
* Proven experience as a leader, with the ability to coordinate effective collaboration across a team of Project Managers focusing on different functional areas for the same project effort
* Ability to take complex problems and decompose them into well organized, logical and detailed descriptions to facilitate problem solving
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including delivery of presentations to all levels within the organization
* Ability to develop detailed project plans, based on a work breakdown structure, that provides the ability to manage critical path
* Effective skills in facilitating meetings and other forums involving a large number of participants/stakeholders and driving toward desired outcomes within prescribed timeframes
* Ability to lead other individuals and provide guidance, direction and training to others within the team, if needed
* Strong inter-personal, influencing, negotiating, consensus building, and conflict resolution skills
* Commitment to being part of a team and working within a diverse environment
* Ability to be highly organized and effective working in a fast paced environment
* Solid understanding/knowledge of and practical experience using industry-standard SDLC methodologies
* Prior experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* Demonstrated subject-matter expertise or experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Online authentication, authorization, fraud or security
* Online money movement solutions, including Bill Pay
* Mobile Banking

* PMI PMP® Certification
* Experience working in and knowledge of group systems and processes
