Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities:

•Immediate need of a Desktop Support/PC Technician Level 2 or Level 3 in Tampa, FL. The resource must have hands on experience in repairing software and hardware, some networking and server is good, for example, Active Directory. Installing/Replacing components on hardware, such as hard drives, memory, network adapters, motherboards, etc. Role Description/Responsibilities: Works primarily with PCs, resolves incidents, IMACs. The Team is responsible for providing support to Banking Campus Site. · Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management. · Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections. · Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers. · Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems. · Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers and clients. · Extend computer support for systems’ software and hardware. · Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs. · Network and connect computers within organization to better communication.
