Job Description: This person will provide second level support multi-site Windows environment, running Active Directory. He / she will set up, monitor, configure, troubleshoot and administer user accounts. Some reconfiguration work may be needed as well.
Other duties include:
* Resetting passwords and create/delete users with Active Directory
* Malware Removal
* Some after-hours call support
* Setting up Microsoft Exchange email in Outlook
* Mobile device support (Android and iOS)
Required
* 1-2 years Of Tier II desktop support experience. This is not a T1 help desk position.
* Proficient with Microsoft Windows (some XP, Mostly 7)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Active Directory experience including design
* Hands on experience with storage, backup and cloud solutions.
* Strong communication and people skills. This is a people-facing role.
* Exposure to, and end user support of Citrix: remote access, and a VPN
