• The role will be to the administrator the Service Desk Suite, used for Desktop Management and support.
• Configuration and maintenance for LANDesk service desk Suite for multiple technical areas.
• Responsibilities include server management of architecture, implementing upgrades and testing.
• Ability to work and assist in engineering projects within other Platform Engineering technical disciplines such as change, problem, and help desk.
• Must have technical knowledge of multiple areas to include server and desktop OS and other desktop engineering disciplines to include application packaging, patch management.
• Help design and build additions to the LANDesk Service Management tool.
• Strong experience working with the entire LANDESK Service Desk Suite (LDSD) with at least 1 full implementations.
• Strong Service Desk experience.
