Job Description: Required Skills:-
• Hands on troubleshooting and support of all Voice systems.
• In Cisco Voice in a large complex environment with multiple clusters.
• Experienced in Cisco Unified Communications (WebEx, Jabber, Telepresence, expressways, federation).
• Experienced in Cisco Contact Manager.
• Expert in Cisco call manager.
• Knowledge of Telepresence end points.
• Knowledge of Nortel and Avaya PBX systems.
• Knowledge of Unity voice mail system.
• Knowledge of Verba voice recording system.
• Knowledge of fax server.
• Knowledge of Nice recording systems.
• Knowledge of provisioning, system reporting and monitoring in Cisco Prime.
• Worked with major Vendors (Cisco, Verba, AT&T, Verizon, Frontier).
• Working knowledge of POTS, SIP, VOIP, IP and call routing.
• Support Service level support to all levels within the company as well as training and assisting junior team members.
• Support Projects as an subject matter expert and architect of converting legacy PBX’x to the Cisco voice clusters.
• Support in Documentation and creating knowledge base.
