Job Description: Exotic’s IT Department is currently looking for a Jr. Network Administrator to join the team in a full-time capacity.

Responsibility summary, includes, but not limited to: Responsible for actively participating in the day-to-day operations of the IT department and ensures delivery of excellent customer service. Performs a variety of IT Help Desk & Network Support related activities.

· Handle Help Desk calls (perform ‘front line’ support of all system users).
· Assist users with hardware and software problems.
· Diagnose problems with and maintain corporate PC’s, printers, terminals and peripheral hardware relating to: Standard & Approved Software, Operating Systems and Networking, scheduled maintenance, emergency repair, system and network connectivity.
· Assist the IT department with Business System issues.
· Provide proper documentation and training of users on new hardware and software where pertinent.
· Support the corporate servers.
· Support the corporate LAN, WAN--including support of mobile offices, Intranet, Internet and E-mail infrastructure.
· User maintenance in AD and key business systems.
· Administer corporate mobile devices.
· Periodic visits to branches.
· Train users on basic troubleshooting and software applications.
· Provide tier 2 helpdesk support for network related issues.
· Provide proper documentation and project management for miscellaneous projects.

Qualification summary:
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IS, IT or related field preferred.
· Two (2) years’ experience in similar role.
· Basic understanding of Windows 7 or newer and Windows Server 2008/2012.
· Knowledge of Networks, Hardware (Switches, Routers, Hubs, NICs and Wiring), Concepts and protocol (TCP/IP, etc.)
· MS Office software expertise.
· Experience with Active Directory.
· Some travel to corporate branch offices may be required.
· Ability to follow documented processes.
· Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
· Organizational skills required to prioritize, plan and coordinate work activities and resources in area of responsibility.
· Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with associates, customers, business partners and management team. Demonstrated teamwork approach with superiors, peers and subordinates utilizing skills in oral communication, active listening, written and oral directions and cooperating with and assisting others when needed.
