Job Description: • Client needs a seasoned resource with SAP Functional skills.
• Candidate needs to have sound experience with US Payroll.
• Should have experience with integration within an M&A (Merger and Acquisition) situation.
• Must have atleast 3-4 full life cycle implementations on SAP US Payroll area.
• Functionality and integration to create functional designs, test scripts, configuration documents and create and submit final documentation.
• Experience in the higher education area.
• Experience working with contracts and labor agreements.
• Comfortable leading and facilitating meetings.
• Well versed and comfortable with client interaction.
• Candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing and developing the Payroll Integration between SAP and other ERP systems.
• Candidate should have handled Merger and Acquisition projects.
• Detailed knowledge required in the major HR processes and associated functionality in Payroll.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to lay persons, demonstrate smart design techniques and mentor other team members.
• Experience with interacting with third party resources, including offshore teams.
• Proven leadership in managing, governing and providing oversight of internal teams, 3rd party integrators, consultants and vendors through various initiatives.
• Strong team building skills, with ability to build quick and effective work rapport with distributed team members.
• Must be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge and skills with other team members.
• Outspoken and passionate about delivering well designed solutions that exceed business objectives and drive business success.
• Must have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions and ideas.
