• Bachelors/ Master’s degree Role: Account Executive Job Description: Smartdatabyte is looking for an Account Executive-Sales to help sell their Data Management and Orchestration product (HCube) for both cloud and on premise customers in USA. The Account Executive is a quota carrying role, responsible for acquiring, expanding and managing accounts. This is a critical market segment for Smartdatabyte and will require strategic, enterprise selling, driving net new sales and expansion. The successful candidate is self-motivated, highly driven, goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, who can demonstrate success and know-how across the full sales cycle from customer qualification to contract close. The position will be responsible for customer satisfaction, overall territory management and control of business objectives as well as developing rapport and establishing communication with customer C level executives. Responsibilities include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in various industry verticals and lines of businesses. The ideal candidate will help drive HCube adoption and shape the future in data management and orchestration areas for customers showcasing both sales and business development skillsets which enable them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. The candidate will be a highly motivated, result driven seller. Additional responsibilities include:
• Strong sales closing attitude and skill set
• Proven track record of exceeding quota
• Possess the ability to collaborate cross organizationally and partner with Product Management, Pre-Sales and Delivery organizations to ensure success.
• Drives a balanced portfolio of on premise, cloud and hybrid cloud offerings with customers.

• Meets monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and ensures revenue forecast accuracy. Exhibits sales excellence and maximizes customer “face time”.
