Qualification section on tech resumes creates debate

A lot of debate goes on around whether a tech pro should create a qualifications section within their resume. A few of them are inclined towards showing the key attributes at the beginning of their resumes in the form of bullet points. The main objective of doing this is to save the HR recruiters from the hassle of scanning the entire resume while looking for skill sets relevant to their industry.
In theory, this is how things are supposed to work. At the same time, some recruiters are of the opinion that the background and skill sets are already highlighted in a resume. They don’t consider the Qualification Section to be a necessary add-on. They have also thrown light on the fact that the creation of this section can actually highlight the lack of expertise for fresher candidates.
